- A full time marketing team advertising your appraisal service to mortgage companies and lenders throughout the nation. We market your business for you. As NVS continues to grow, so will you. Everyday our marketing efforts are working hard to keep our appraisers busy.
- You will never have to bid for work or log onto our site to look for work. After you become approved, we will assign and email the orders directly to you.
· You will be communicating directly with our clients professional teams regarding all orders and accounting services. You will never have to deal with the client directly. As an AMC it is their job to act as the liaison between appraiser and client, which leaves you time to focus on your work
· You will have access your own Appraiser Module through our state of the art website which helps you to manage your orders day in and day out.
· The Appraiser Module has accounting functions that will track payments that have been paid to you and ones that are still due to you and your company. All inquiries for payments will be made through this user friendly module.
· We guarantee payment for all appraisals within 30 days upon completion. Please allow us this time frame to get payments to you before following up. If there is ever a question about a payment, simply send log into the Appraisers Module through this website and inquire directly from the order in question. A response will be sent to you via email in regards to the payment confusion.
What does NVS require from you?
· You will be required to send any and all file inquires through NVS’s website by logging into the
Appraisers Module with your user name and password.
· We require that you will update NVS’s website every time a change in status occurs to your orders and in a timely manner.
· We require that you will honor our requested turn times of 48 hours and never to exceed 72 hours unless you have communicated sufficient reasons as to why this amount of time is needed.
· We require that you ALWAYS abide by USPAP laws and regulations throughout your relationship with NVS.
